Dr. Mursal Srosh, Ph.D., C.Psych (Supervised Practice)
Dr. Mursal Srosh is a Clinical Psychologist (Supervised Practice) registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She is dedicated to helping adults understand themselves more deeply, heal from emotional pain, and cultivate lives grounded in balance, authenticity, and self-compassion. Drawing on her experience across hospital, rehabilitation, and private practice settings, Dr. Srosh supports clients in navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Her clinical areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, ADHD, OCD (specialized training), eating and body image concerns, anger and stress management, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, postpartum transitions, and burnout. She also provides support related to parent coaching, workplace and academic stress, as well as motor vehicle accident (MVA) and WSIB-related concerns.
In addition to therapy, Dr. Srosh conducts comprehensive Psychological, Neurodevelopmental, and Neuropsychological Assessments to aid in diagnosis, treatment planning, and understanding individual cognitive and emotional functioning. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, integrative, and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Humanistic, and Mindfulness-based modalities. Dr. Srosh is passionate about creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to create lasting change.
Dr. Srosh completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University, a Master’s in Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School, and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York University.
