You will work with a psychologist who has specialized training and experience in perinatal mental health and can help you understand any current or ongoing changes in your emotional well-being. We will thoroughly assess your strengths and any areas of difficulty to help you maintain your well-being during this time. If you have specific questions, goals, or require support in any area, you can discuss them with your psychologist, and we will address them.
